On January 28, 2026, EOS Eye Center entered into a technology development agreement with STAAR Surgical, the manufacturer of the Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL).

Since 2002, STAAR Surgical has continuously sought the expert advice of Dr. No-Hoon Kwak of EOS Eye Center, who has the longest clinical experience with ICL surgery in Korea, to support ongoing improvements in ICL quality and technology.

Drawing on its extensive clinical experience, EOS Eye Center provides reliable and satisfying surgical outcomes through its proprietary treatment-planning algorithm, minimal-incision and automated irrigation system, and specialized Turn-and-Down technique.
