For consultation, guidance, and related customer support services.

Name, contact number, and email address.
3. Retention and Use Period
In principle, the collected personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled following consultation registration.
However, records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution will be retained for three (3) years in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, refusal to provide consent may result in limited access to the cost consultation service.
